Approve PSC #4008-06/07 and #4009-06/07 on the condition that the Administrative Services-Mayor’s Office on Public Finance provides the Commission with a brief and concise explanation on how the two contracts are related and how they differ. (Vote of 3 to 0)
Adopt the Human Resources Director’s report on all remaining contracts. Notify the offices of the Controller and the Purchaser. (Vote of 3 to 0)

0435-06-2	Request to grant permanent status to Cheng J. Vaing in Job Code 8214 Parking Control Officer. (Item No. 6)

0437-06-5	Proposed Amendments to Civil Service Commission Rule 112 to add Article VI – Holdover Rosters and Return to Duty for Classes Represented by the Municipal Executives Association (MEA), specifically to eliminate interdepartmental bumping for Classes Represented by the Municipal Executives Association. (Item No. 8)
